Order NowA Forest Declaration is submitted annually by persons who are granted forest plots in permanent (perpetual) use or lease, or by persons using forests on the basis of an easement, public easement, to state authorities, or local self-government bodies within their powers defined in accordance with Articles 81 - 84 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation, in electronic form, signed with an enhanced qualified electronic signature, in ways determined by forest legislation.

The validity period of a forest declaration is no more than 12 months from the date of the start of the intended period of forest use and can be extended in cases established by the rules for timber harvesting.
